Latvia Women's Volleyball Team Resumes Training for European Championship
After nearly a month break, the Latvian women's volleyball team has resumed training in preparation for the European Championship finals in August. This will be their first participation in a tournament of this level since 1997.

The Latvian women's national volleyball team resumed training this week after a nearly month-long break. The team is preparing for the final stage of the European Championship, which will take place in August in several countries.
For the national team, this is the first participation in a tournament of such a high level since 1997. The coaching staff has selected a limited pool of candidates – only 17 players are taking part in the training sessions. This indicates a serious approach and a focus on quality over quantity.
The team is expected to continue an intensive preparation process to perform well at the European Championship and represent Latvia with dignity.
