Latvia's men's national volleyball team has begun the second stage of preparations for the upcoming European Championship, facing fellow tournament finalist Denmark in a test match in Riga. The Latvian team suffered a loss in the main sets, with scores of 17:25, 30:32 and 22:25 in Denmark's favor.
However, the Latvian side showed fighting spirit in a fourth, additional set, securing a consolation win with a score of 27:25.
