Latvia's men's national volleyball team played its final tune-up match on Saturday in Tallinn ahead of the European Championship, defeating Slovakia's national team.
The match went the full five sets. Latvia dropped the opening set but bounced back to win the second. The teams then traded set wins, with Slovakia taking the third and Latvia leveling in the fourth to force a decisive fifth set. Latvia dominated that final set, securing the overall victory 3:2.
The set scores were 22:25, 25:22, 22:25, 25:22 and 15:12 in Latvia's favor.

With this match, Latvia's men's team wrapped up its preparation period for the European Championship.
