The third stage of the Latvian roller-skiing championship took place on Saturday at the Cēsis skiing and biathlon track in Priekuļi, doubling as an FIS event for the older age groups. The opening day featured an interval-start freestyle race, with men covering 10.4 kilometers and women 5.2 kilometers. Besides competitors from all three Baltic states, skiers from Portugal and Ukraine also took part.

In the men's race, Sigulda's Sandijs Suhanovs set the early pace, but by the halfway point Ukraine's Oleksandrs Lisohors had taken a narrow lead ahead of Jēkabs Skolnieks. On the final lap Lisohors extended his advantage and secured the win, while Skolnieks finished second as the top Latvian finisher. A tight battle for third place, and the U20 category win, went to Bruno Bilans, who edged out Indriķis Circenis by just one second. Suhanovs ended up fifth, and young Lithuanian skier Andris Draudvila rounded out the top six. In the U18 category, Armands Gulbis prevailed over Leo Bilans in a close contest for seventh place overall.

The women's race saw several lead changes. Adriāna Šuminska set the fastest early pace but ultimately finished third. The win went to junior category leader Keita Marcinkēviča, who beat Lithuania's Eglė Savickaitė by ten seconds. Estere Piksone, second after the first lap, slipped to fourth by the finish but still claimed gold in the S18 category. Linda Kaparkalēja finished fifth this time, while Adele Šlēziņa edged out Lāsma Beķere by less than a second for sixth place overall and S18 silver.
