LG Unveils Creator Original Picture Mode for 2026 OLED evo TVs in Partnership with Prime Video
LG has introduced a new Creator Original picture mode for select 2026 OLED evo TVs, giving studios more control over streaming content. The feature launches with Prime Video's upcoming Masters of the Universe movie, including a special voice command.

LG Electronics is rolling out a new picture mode called Creator Original for select TV models, offering studios more granular control over streaming content compared to the existing Filmmaker Mode.
While neutral modes like Filmmaker Mode disable heavy post-processing such as motion smoothing, Creator Original embraces these features, allowing film and TV studios to adjust parameters like shadow detail, color balance, noise reduction, and motion handling to best present their creative vision.
Initially, this picture option is exclusive to the 2026 LG OLED evo W6, G6, and C6 series. LG released pricing for most of this year's models in March, with the G6 and C6 options typically ranging from $2,000 to $5,000. These TVs also support Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, 12-bit image processing, and enhanced dynamic range control, though the steep prices may not appeal to every viewer.
The launch is conducted in partnership with Prime Video and centers on the service's upcoming Masters of the Universe movie. Enthusiastic fans of Skeletor and his crew can use a special voice command with the LG Magic Remote on LG Smart TVs running at least webOS 23. Saying "I have the power" will automatically bring up content related to the new release.
