Organizers of TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 are reminding companies that the deadline to book an exhibit table is September 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT. They caution that table availability is limited and spots could sell out before that date.

The exhibitor program includes a dedicated 6-foot by 30-inch table in the Expo Hall for all three days of the conference, giving teams a fixed spot to demo their products, answer questions from attendees in real time, and start conversations that could turn into business relationships.

What exhibitors receive

Along with the table, exhibitors get access to lead-generation tools built into the Disrupt app, allowing them to capture contact information from interested attendees and follow up after the event. Each exhibitor also receives ten team passes, letting part of the team staff the table while others attend meetings or explore the rest of the conference.

The package additionally includes branding across the Disrupt website, mobile app, and on-site signage, along with access to the event's press list and a company profile listed on the Disrupt website and app.

Who it's for

Organizers describe the exhibit table as suited for companies looking to find customers, meet investors, build partnerships, or simply put their product in front of people who could help move their business forward. They emphasize that delaying a booking risks more than losing a table — it also means missing out on potential conversations, leads, and connections that could come from being present at the event.

TechCrunch Disrupt regularly brings together technology companies, investors, and industry professionals, with the Expo Hall serving as one of the main venues for startups to present themselves to a broader audience.
