Lielbardis brothers in Madona: win first heat, retire in second, finish eighth

The local crew of Daniels and Bruno Lielbardis showed a strong performance in the first heat, posting the fastest time. However, in the second heat they were forced to retire due to technical problems. As a result, the Lielbardis brothers finished only eighth overall in the standings for the round.
