Police issue warning over loud rap music complaint in Lielvārde

When officers arrived at the scene, they met the woman who had made the call. She pointed to two men standing near the building's entrance, saying they were the ones who had been playing loud music and shouting shortly before police arrived.
Men admit to the behavior
The two men confirmed to police that they had been listening to music — specifically rap songs. Officers explained to them that playing music at a volume that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
After talking with police, the men brought the speaker inside the apartment, putting an end to the noise. Both men received a verbal warning over the incident, with no further consequences reported.
