From June 12 to 14, the Polish Kickboxing Cup took place in Kielce, Poland, featuring 1,031 athletes from 15 countries representing 149 clubs. Liepāja was represented by six fighters from the Ballistic Boxing Club, who collectively earned 10 medals: seven gold, two silver, and one bronze.

Thanks to these achievements, the Liepāja club placed 5th overall, while the Latvian national team finished 2nd in the country standings, surpassing teams from Czech Republic, Israel, and Ukraine.

Individual results: Sergejs Jermolajevs (17, -63 kg) lost in Light Contact on day one but avenged his defeat in the Kick-light final on day two, winning gold. Vjačeslavs Jepihins (13) and Rihards Vierpe (14) both competed in the -52 kg category and met in finals twice: on day one, Vjačeslavs won Light Contact gold, Rihards silver; on day two, Rihards won Kick-light gold, Vjačeslavs silver. Each brought home one gold and one silver. Aleksandrs Guzins (15, -57 kg) became Light Contact champion on day one but a knee injury prevented him from competing further. Maksims Umņagins (14, +69 kg) dominated both days, winning gold in Light Contact and Kick-light. Emīlija Klasa-Glasa (14) earned bronze in Kick-light under 65 kg and gold over 65 kg.

This cup was the final qualifier for the World Youth Championship in Italy this September. Four athletes qualified: Sergejs Jermolajevs, Vjačeslavs Jepihins, Rihards Vierpe, and Maksims Umņagins. The trip was supported by the Liepāja city municipality.
