Liepāja Regional Hospital sports games won by team “Bruņurupuči”
At the annual sports games of Liepāja Regional Hospital, where ten staff teams competed, the championship title went to the administration team “Bruņurupuči”. The event also honored winners of individual disciplines and the team with the most striking visual appearance.
Liepāja Regional Hospital held its annual staff sports games, bringing together ten teams along with the support of family members and friends.
Team standings
Ten teams took part: “Galapunkts”, “Kontaktpersonas”, “Lieliskais 7.”, “Baltā kafija”, “Smadzeņu šamaņi”, “Jautrās nierītes”, “The Rolling Stones”, “Stārķu ekspresis”, “24/7” and “Bruņurupuči”. Participants competed in both individual challenges and team games.
After a closely fought contest, the administration team “Bruņurupuči” claimed this year's championship title. Second place went to the Emergency Medical Center team “24/7”, while third place was taken by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department team “Stārķu ekspresis”.
Individual winners
The individual disciplines were equally competitive. Luīze Kovaļonaka won the “Sailor's Challenge”, Laura Štrausa triumphed in the “Precision Academy”, Evija Mame won the “Can You or Can't You” event, and Anna Bondare won “The Other Side of the Fence”.
Audience favorite for visual presentation
Teams also put effort into their appearance and decorations. The audience favorite award went to the Neurology Department team “Prāta šamaņi”, followed by the hospital pharmacy team “Baltā kafija” and the Internal Diseases Department team “Kontaktpersonas”.
The hospital thanked all participants and supporters, as well as event organizer “Otrādi pasākumi” and DJ Mārcis Grīnbarts.
