On Saturday afternoon, a traffic accident involving two cars occurred on the Liepaja highway, with no injuries reported. Traffic was temporarily blocked but resumed around 4 PM.

On Saturday, June 27, in the afternoon, a traffic accident occurred on the Riga–Liepaja highway in Tireli, Valgunde Parish, Jelgava County, involving two passenger cars. The State Police received a call at 3:08 PM, and the accident was recorded at the 25th kilometer of the Liepaja highway.
According to initial information, no one was injured in the accident. However, due to the crash, traffic at the scene was completely blocked for a time. By approximately 4:00 PM, vehicle movement in both directions was restored.
