Oil radish crops have partially lodged, meaning the stems have bent or fallen over, complicating harvest. In some places, other crops are lying in water. The pea harvest has not succeeded this year. On a positive note, red fescue has been successfully threshed and is being exported to Italy and other countries. Red fescue is a valuable grass seed used for lawns.
