Lithuanian Kučis Goal Helps Celje Salvage Draw Against Egnatia
Slovenian champions Celje drew 3-3 with Egnatia in the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round in Albania, with Lithuanian striker Arvydas Kučis getting on the scoresheet.

In the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round, Slovenian champions Celje fought to a 3-3 draw away at Albanian side Egnatia. The hosts took the lead in the seventh minute through Eneo Bitri. Before halftime, Bosnian Mario Kvesič equalized for Celje.
In the 54th minute, Lithuanian forward Arvydas Kučis, who scored six goals in the Conference League this season, put Celje ahead. However, Egnatia leveled the score just four minutes later. Kvesič restored Celje's lead with his second goal in the 66th minute, but Ibraim Diabaté from Ivory Coast equalized for Egnatia in the 78th minute.
Celje or Egnatia will face either Ararat-Armenia Yerevan or Shamrock Rovers Dublin in the next round.
In other matches: Cyprus's Omonoia beat Kairat Almaty 1-0 despite having far fewer shots (5 to 14) and playing a man down after Hungarian international Lens Nego received a straight red card. Bulgaria's Levski Sofia defeated Universitatea Craiova 1-0 thanks to a goal from Kristian Dimitrov. These two pairs will face each other in the next round.
