What will be decided
One of the main topics is the creation of a savings fund intended to finance planned building repairs starting from 2027. Residents will also need to decide on electing an authorized representative — a building elder — on behalf of the apartment owners.
Not every building holds a meeting
The company explains that buildings not included in the currently announced meeting schedule are already continuing to accumulate savings for previously approved repair works. For these buildings, separate meetings on the above topics are not currently being organized.
