London’s Alchemab Therapeutics secures €29.3 million as British Business Bank makes its largest life sciences investment yet

London-based clinical-stage biotech startup Alchemab Therapeutics has raised an additional €29.3 million in Series A funding, marking the British Business Bank’s largest investment in a life sciences company to date.

Alchemab Therapeutics, a London-based clinical-stage biotechnology startup, has extended its Series A financing with €29.3 million (£25 million/$34 million). This investment represents the British Business Bank’s largest commitment to a life sciences company so far. The additional funding brings Alchemab’s total Series A investment to €127.8 million (£109 million). The company intends to use the proceeds to further develop its technology platform and accelerate its clinical programs.
