London-based Veridue raises €3.4 million to grow its platform

London-based Veridue, an AI-driven due diligence and M&A platform for renewable energy and data centre projects, has raised a €3.44 million pre-Seed round. The funding will support the wider rollout of its platform.

London-based startup Veridue has raised a €3.44 million (around $4 million) pre-Seed funding round to support the broader rollout of its platform.

The company has built an AI-native platform designed to speed up due diligence and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes. Its focus is on accelerating investment and project financing specifically for renewable energy and data centre projects.

Who backed the round

The funding round was led by venture capital firm Episode 1 Ventures. Additional participants included HTGF and Pi Labs, along with several other industry investors.

The renewable energy and data centre sectors have been expanding rapidly, driven partly by rising demand for computing capacity and energy infrastructure. Against this backdrop, tools that help speed up investment and project evaluation processes are likely to see growing demand from financial and infrastructure players.
