LSM.lv and Providus launch “Party Sorter” ahead of Saeima elections
Latvia's public media outlet LSM.lv, together with the Providus public policy centre, has created an interactive tool letting voters compare their own views with party positions ahead of the 15th Saeima elections.

Ahead of the upcoming elections for the 15th Saeima, public broadcaster LSM.lv, in cooperation with the Providus public policy centre, has introduced a new interactive tool called the “Party Sorter.”
The tool is designed to let voters explore where various parties stand on current issues and compare those positions with their own views. This is meant to make it easier for anyone interested to navigate party platforms and identify which political stances align with the topics that matter most to them personally.
Helping voters make informed choices
The tool is part of broader efforts to help the public make informed decisions during the election period. Such instruments are typically used to reduce the information gap around party positions and to encourage greater civic engagement in political processes.
The “Party Sorter” is presented as a convenient and accessible way to get an overview of the political landscape at a time when voters often lack the time to study every party's full programme in detail.
