LSM and Providus launch tool to compare your views with party positions ahead of Saeima election

Public media outlet LSM.lv, in cooperation with the public policy centre Providus, has introduced a new interactive tool called 'Party Sorting' designed to help voters navigate the positions of political parties ahead of the upcoming 15th Saeima election.

How the tool works

The tool allows users to evaluate how different parties stand on a range of important issues and then compare those positions with their own personal views. This gives voters a clear way to see which parties align most closely with their opinions on specific policy matters.

Purpose

The initiative was developed in connection with the approaching Saeima election, aiming to make it easier for voters to understand parties' programmatic stances before casting their ballots. The project is a joint effort of LSM.lv and Providus, combining the resources of a public broadcaster and a policy analysis centre.
