LSM Board Chair Baiba Zūzena Earned €110,409 Last Year
The asset declaration of Baiba Zūzena, chair of Latvia’s public broadcaster, shows she received €110,409 in salary from LSM in 2025, along with other income from board duties and bank interest.

Baiba Zūzena, who chairs the board of the Latvian Public Broadcaster (LSM), earned €110,409 in remuneration from this position last year, according to her official asset declaration filed with the State Revenue Service.
In addition to her LSM salary, Zūzena received €10,800 as deputy chair of the board at SIA "Getliņi eko", a waste management company, until June last year. She also declared €5,439 in income from SEB bank, along with small interest payments: €1.48 from SEB and €74 from Swedbank.
The declaration further lists €2,000 from SIA "BZ consulting", a €300 social benefit, land plots in Sēlpils and Tārgale parishes, and real estate in Stopiņi parish. Zūzena fully owns SIA "BZ consulting" and is a co-owner of "Komercizglītības centrs". She holds financial instruments worth €3,472.
She has €10,000 in cash savings, while her liabilities total €113,954.
LSM was established in early 2025 through the merger of Latvian Radio and Latvian Television. Zūzena has held her position since the new entity began operations.
