Latvian party leaders discuss pre-election pledges for 15th Saeima on live broadcast

The program brought together representatives from seven parties and political alliances for a conversation about their platforms and offers to voters.

The discussion featured Edgars Tavars representing the Unity List ("Apvienotais saraksts"), Jūlija Stepaņenko representing the "Sovereign Power/Latvian Union of New Conservatives" alliance, Ainārs Šlesers representing the "Latvia First" party, Andris Šuvajevs representing "The Progressives", Artūrs Butāns representing the National Alliance, Arvils Ašeradens representing "New Unity", and Viktors Valainis representing the Union of Greens and Farmers.
The lineup covered a broad political spectrum, including both parties currently in government and those in opposition, giving viewers a chance to hear differing ideological perspectives on the parties' pre-election commitments.
The program was broadcast as part of LSM's Diaspora section, aimed at Latvians living abroad, allowing them to follow domestic political developments in Latvia from outside the country.
