LTV's "Party in Focus" series turns to the Union of Greens and Farmers

Latvian Television (LTV) is continuing its program series "Party in Focus," designed to help voters better understand the platforms of political parties competing in the upcoming 15th Saeima elections. The series aims to give viewers a comprehensive look at each party's program and positions, supporting a more informed choice on election day.

Participants chosen based on poll data

The selection of participating parties is based on results from an SKDS public opinion survey. Only political forces that had reached at least 2% support in early August are included in the series, ensuring that the programs feature parties with a realistic chance of winning seats in the new Saeima.

This episode: the Union of Greens and Farmers

The fourth installment of the series is dedicated to the Union of Greens and Farmers (ZZS). The program airs as a live broadcast, allowing viewers to follow the party's presentation in real time. Earlier episodes in the series have already covered other parties meeting the same support threshold.

The series forms part of LTV's broader pre-election content offering, intended to provide balanced and thorough information about the political forces running in the elections. Such formats are traditionally used to give all qualifying parties equal opportunity to present their views to a wide audience.
