Latvian Television launches program series on party platforms ahead of Saeima elections

Latvian Television (LTV) has begun broadcasting a new program series titled "Party in Focus," aimed at helping voters prepare for the upcoming 15th Saeima elections by providing an overview of various political parties' platforms and proposals.

The series features political forces that, according to SKDS public opinion survey data from early August, had reached at least two percent support among voters. This threshold was set to include parties with realistic chances of gaining voter trust.

Second episode focuses on "Latvijas attīstībai"

The second installment of the series is dedicated to the party "Latvijas attīstībai" (For Latvia's Development). Viewers will get an overview of the party's political positions and proposals.

The program series is designed to assist voters in making an informed and critical choice by comparing the platforms offered by different parties ahead of the vote.
