Former 'Gors' concert hall director to lead Ludza Municipality Culture Centre

Ludza Municipality Council on Wednesday appointed Diāna Zirniņa, former director of the Latgale Concert Hall 'Gors', to head the local Culture Centre starting September 14.

The Ludza Municipality Council decided on Wednesday to appoint Diāna Zirniņa as director of the Ludza Municipality Culture Centre. She will take up the new position on September 14.

Zirniņa previously served as director of the Latgale Concert Hall 'Gors' in Rēzekne, one of the region's most prominent cultural venues. She is affiliated with the Union of Greens and Farmers (ZZS) political party.

With this decision, the Ludza Culture Centre gains new leadership, which will be responsible for continuing the organization of cultural life and events in the municipality.
