Madar Vilisters' art project "Burnout" is dedicated to the idea that no matter how thick the darkness, it is always possible to find the way back to the light. This message lies at the heart of the project, as emphasized by the artist. The project grew out of Vilisters' personal life experience – he once suffered severely from burnout. However, with the help of specialists, he gradually regained the ability to live and work fully. This personal transformation became the inspiration for the artwork, which invites viewers to look their darkness in the eye in order to be reborn. "Burnout" serves as a testament that even after severe trials, one can return to a creative and productive life with the right support and will. The artist stresses that recovery is possible, and his work stands as a message of hope for anyone facing similar challenges.
