AI Models Predict How Long Putin Will Live
Around Russian President Vladimir Putin's 74th birthday, several AI models offered estimates of his remaining lifespan. The forecasts range from 5 to 12 years.

Several popular artificial intelligence chatbots have offered their own forecasts of how long Russian President Vladimir Putin might live, timed to his 74th birthday. The report comes from the outlet "Prozoro", as cited by the Latvian portal NRA. The forecasts are model estimates rather than medical conclusions, and reliable data on Putin's health is scarce.
Three different estimates
Google's model "Gemini" estimated Putin's remaining life expectancy at 5–8 years. It noted that access to high-quality healthcare could raise those figures. As potential risks it named stroke, heart attack and high stress levels.
The model "Grok" was more optimistic and projected another 7–12 years. Under this forecast the Russian leader could live until roughly 2033–2038. At the same time, "Grok" stressed the lack of reliable data about his health.
The model "Claude" predicted a shorter span of another 5–7 years, meaning roughly until 2030–2032. It cited age, stress and unconfirmed reports of possible illnesses as factors.
What it means
The forecasts cited in the source are general calculations by AI models and are not based on confirmed information about Putin's state of health.
