Artists Rudens and Gubenko, working in a pop-up format, have begun creating a mural, or wall painting, called "Riga Atlantis". The artwork is located in the tunnel of an underground passage that connects Riga Central Railway Station and the Central Market. The mural is a temporary art project that adds a new artistic element to the urban environment. The exact completion date has not been announced yet.
