Malygina battles past Anikina in Estonian Tennis Championship quarterfinal

The Estonian Tennis Championship continues in Tallinn at the Kalev tennis center's clay courts. On Wednesday, July 8, the women's singles quarterfinals took place. In the main match, defending national champion Elena Malygina had a tough battle against promising Elizaveta Anikina, winning 4-6, 6-1, 7-5 after 1 hour and 39 minutes. In the semifinal, Malygina will meet Kira Pashkov. The other finalist will be determined in the semifinal between Noa Olivia Adamson and Andrea Roots.
