Water and sewage network overhaul begins in Mangaļsala

From September 14, Mangaļsala will see the reconstruction of its water and sewage networks, aimed at connecting the district's southern part to Rīgas ūdens' centralized systems. The first works will take place near Vecdaugava, on Laivinieku Street by Atlantijas Street.

Construction work to rebuild the existing water supply and sewage networks in Mangaļsala is set to begin on Monday, September 14, according to utility company Rīgas ūdens.

The project aims to enable the southern part of the district to be connected to the centralized water and sewage systems operated by Rīgas ūdens.

The first stage of construction will take place on the Vecdaugava side, specifically on Laivinieku Street near its junction with Atlantijas Street.
