The Toronto Maple Leafs continue to bolster their roster. After signing Latvian forward Teodors Bļugers on Wednesday, the team has added two-time Stanley Cup champion and two-time Vezina Trophy winner Sergei Bobrovsky.

Bobrovsky agreed to a three-year, $21 million contract with the Maple Leafs. The 37-year-old goaltender spent the last seven seasons with the Florida Panthers, winning the Stanley Cup in 2024 and 2025. Last season, he posted a 3.07 goals-against average and an .877 save percentage, marking only the second time in his career he finished below 90%.

Bobrovsky was named the NHL's best goaltender (Vezina Trophy) in 2013 and 2017 while with the Columbus Blue Jackets. He began his NHL career as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Maple Leafs also signed center Jack Roslovic to a two-year, $8 million contract. The 29-year-old recorded 21 goals and 15 assists in 69 games for the Edmonton Oilers last season. Roslovic has also played for the Winnipeg Jets, Columbus Blue Jackets, New York Rangers, and Carolina Hurricanes in his NHL career.
