Marta Ļevinska: We proved we deserve to play at this level

Latvia's women's national volleyball team wrapped up its group-stage campaign at the European Championship, closing with a 3:2 victory over Hungary.

Throughout the tournament, Marta Ļevinska established herself as the team's clear leader. In an interview with Latvian Television, she said the national team performed better in Istanbul than had been expected.

Ļevinska stressed that with its performance in the tournament, the team has proven it deserves to compete at this level.
