From August 27 to 30, Latvian motorsport driver Mārtiņš Sesks will make his debut in the FIA European Baja Championship, competing in a rally raid round in Poland. This marks his first appearance in this type of racing.

Latvian motorsport driver Mārtiņš Sesks is set to expand his competitive experience by entering a new racing discipline. From August 27 to 30, he will take part in the "AKPOL Baja Poland 2026" rally raid round, one of the key stages of the FIA European Baja Championship.
The news was announced by the driver's representative, Ieva Jansone.
A new challenge
Baja-style rally raid competitions differ from the racing formats Sesks has competed in so far, making his entry into the Polish round a debut in this type of motorsport.
