Mihkel Kirvess Returns Home After Two Years in Lithuania, Joins Pärnu
Estonian basketball player Mihkel Kirvess has returned to Estonia after two seasons in the Lithuanian league and will play for Pärnu next season alongside Latvian player Klāvs Dubults.

Estonian national team power forward Mihkel Kirvess has returned home after two years in Lithuania and joined Pärnu. The 200 cm tall player spent the last two seasons representing Lithuanian clubs "Mažeikiai" and "Jonava", where last season he averaged 6.3 points and 3.6 rebounds in 17 Lithuanian league games.
Kirvess started his career at Pärnu, later played in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, then returned to Estonia, helping Pärnu win their first Estonian championship in 2022. In 2023, he moved to Tallinn's "Kalev/Cramo", winning a second championship, before heading to Lithuania. Back at Pärnu, Kirvess will be one of the team's leaders, strengthening the paint alongside Latvian center Klāvs Dubults.
Pärnu faces FIBA Europe Cup qualifying games at the end of September against Azerbaijan's "Neftchi". The first game is on September 23 away, with the return match on September 30 in Pärnu.
