Minibus collides with truck in Ukraine: 9 dead
A Mercedes Sprinter minibus traveling from Odesa to Mykolaiv collided with a truck in Mykolaiv region on July 4, killing 9 people and injuring 8.
On the morning of July 4, a serious traffic accident occurred in the Mykolaiv region between the villages of Krasne and Nechaiane. A Mercedes Sprinter minibus, operating on the Odesa–Mykolaiv route, collided with a truck.
According to the Mykolaiv region police, nine people were killed and eight others sustained injuries. Emergency services are at the scene.
Preliminary reports indicate that the minibus driver drove off the roadway, overturned, and slid into the oncoming lane, where it collided with a Volvo truck. Investigators are working to determine the exact circumstances of the crash.
