Target exceeded
According to the announcement, this initial funding round has already surpassed the fund's original fundraising goal. Techshop now intends to continue raising capital, with an ambition to reach a total of €100 million by 2027.
Key backer joins
State-backed investment vehicle CDP Venture Capital has come on board as a reference investor for the new fund, lending its support to Techshop's second vintage. The involvement of such an institutional investor signals confidence in Techshop's investment approach and its focus on early-stage AI companies.
Techshop II continues the direction set by the firm's first fund, concentrating on startups developing AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers and supporting them from the earliest stages of their growth.
