MJL Development has secured a building permit for a new residential complex in Riga, with investments exceeding €20 million. The project, named “Terra Dunte,” will consist of three buildings, each containing 61 apartments ranging from compact units to spacious family homes.

All apartments will feature balconies, while upper-floor units will have private terraces. The ground floors will house parking spaces and storage rooms. The surrounding area will include recreational zones, children's playgrounds, green spaces, and walking paths.

Construction will proceed in three phases. The first phase is scheduled to start in early 2027, and the first apartments are expected to be ready for residents by the first half of 2028.

Jānis Lagzdiņš, head of MJL Development, stated that Terra Dunte is one of the company's most significant projects, long anticipated and carefully planned. He emphasized that the Duntes and Skanstes neighborhood will become one of the most sought-after residential areas in Riga in the coming years, and the company is proud to be part of this development.
