Rumors have been circulating for some time that the music house “Ozolu Skola”, owned by beloved Latvian composer Jānis Lūsēns and his wife, musician Evija Mundeciema, is being put up for sale. The property is located in the scenic area of Zvārtava parish, Valka municipality, and has become a significant cultural site in the region.

This year marks the 300th anniversary of the former Ozolu School building. The future plans of the new owners regarding the use of the property are not yet known. Lūsēns and Mundeciema had lovingly arranged the site, making it a beloved destination for both locals and tourists.
