Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna announced on social media platform X that the next Ukraine Recovery Conference will be held in Tallinn. He described the recovery of Ukraine as the largest economic project in Europe for the coming decade. Hosting the conference in Estonia underscores the country's dedication to sustained, long-term support for Ukraine and to advancing this strategic work internationally, Tsahkna wrote.

The minister thanked Ukraine for its trust and Poland for organizing an excellent conference, adding that Estonia looks forward to continued close cooperation throughout the year and to learning from Poland’s experience as preparations for #URC2027 get underway.

Tsahkna first revealed Estonia's plan to host the 2027 conference in July 2025. The fifth Ukraine Recovery Conference took place on June 25–26 in Gdańsk, Poland. Due to tensions in Polish-Ukrainian relations, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not attend; the Ukrainian delegation was led by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
