Warmer Weather Expected This Weekend
After a windy and rainy week, Latvia will see warmer temperatures over the weekend.

Monday will be mostly cloudy with occasional sunshine and scattered showers, including thunderstorms. A gentle to moderate west wind will blow, gusty along the coast. Daytime temperatures will reach +16…+21°C, dropping to +12…+17°C at night.
On Tuesday night, isolated thunderstorms are expected, especially in the north. In the afternoon, a cyclone from the south will bring prolonged rain to most of the country, continuing into Wednesday. Wind will shift from southwest and south to northwest and north by Wednesday night, remaining gusty on the coast. Fog may form in parts of Kurzeme in the morning. Nighttime lows will be +10…+15°C, daytime highs +16…+21°C, though cooler in eastern regions on Tuesday.
In the second half of the week, cloudy and rainy conditions will persist. Thursday will see northwest and north winds gusting up to 15-17 m/s along the coast, gradually easing later. Temperatures on Thursday and Friday will remain similar. However, warmer air will arrive over the weekend, making the holidays and early next week noticeably warmer.
