Fog Expected in Eastern Latvia Overnight into Saturday
Latvia's Environment, Geology and Meteorology Center warns of fog in the eastern parts of the country overnight into Saturday, which will dissipate in the morning. The day will be partly cloudy with occasional light rain in places.

Fog in the East
Overnight into Saturday, July 25, fog will form in the eastern part of Latvia, according to weather forecasters. The fog will gradually dissipate during the morning hours. No precipitation is expected during the night. A light southerly wind will blow, while eastern regions will experience calm conditions. The minimum air temperature at night will range from +8 to +14 degrees Celsius.
Saturday Daytime
On Saturday, the daytime weather will be partly cloudy. Isolated light showers are possible in some places. The wind will be light to moderate, blowing from the southwest. Afternoon temperatures will reach +18 to +23 degrees Celsius.
Weather in Riga
In Riga, the night will feature a small amount of clouds, but clouds will increase during the day, and isolated light rain is possible. A light to moderate southwest wind will blow. The nighttime temperature in the capital will drop to +13 degrees, while daytime temperatures will rise to +21 or +22 degrees.
