In Narva, votes of no confidence against Stalnukhin, Raik, and Kondrashova initiated again
The opposition in the Narva City Council, holding 16 out of 31 votes, submitted motions of no confidence against council chairman Mikhail Stalnukhin, his deputy Yana Kondrashova, and mayor Katri Raik. The votes will be considered at the nearest session, and the "Plan B Narva" faction has been re-established.

On Friday, June 26, at a meeting of the Narva City Council, the opposition – consisting of the Center Party and the electoral union "Plan B. Pulse of the city Narva," which together hold 16 out of 31 seats – submitted a declaration of no confidence against council chairman Mikhail Stalnukhin, his deputy Yana Kondrashova, and mayor Katri Raik.
The no-confidence motions were presented by Jaan Toots, Vladimir Aret (both from the Center Party), and Urbo Vaarmann ("Plan B Narva"). It is expected that the votes of no confidence will be considered at the nearest council session.
During the meeting, the "Plan B Narva" faction was re-established. Anatoliy Nikolaev was elected as its chairman, with Ivan Egorov as deputy. The faction also includes Dmitry Gusev, Dmitry Melis, and Urbo Vaarmann.
Earlier, on April 23, "Plan B" had announced the creation of its faction, but its full operation was hindered by a replacement among the deputies elected from the union's list. On the same day, the opposition had also initiated no-confidence motions against Stalnukhin, Kondrashova, and Raik, but the council chairman blocked those initiatives.
The Friday session lasted from 8 a.m.
