Woman hit by reversing car in Narva

A 77-year-old woman was struck by a car reversing in Narva on September 19. She was taken to hospital for a check-up.

A traffic accident injuring an elderly woman occurred in Narva on the afternoon of September 19.

According to the traffic information service of the Police and Border Guard Board, the incident was registered by the Alarm Centre at 14:26 near a building at Uuskula 5. A 37-year-old man driving a Toyota Auris reversed and struck a 77-year-old woman who was on foot.

The injured pedestrian was taken to hospital for a medical check-up. No further details about her condition have been released.
