Narva Trans Ends Six-Match Winless Streak with Victory Over Pärnu Vaprus

Narva Trans finally broke their winless run in the Estonian Premium League. On Saturday, 18 July, in the 20th round home match, they defeated Pärnu Vaprus 3-1.

Nikita Balyabkin opened the scoring in the 22nd minute. Just four minutes later, Ahmad Ghero doubled the lead. Vaprus pulled one back through Sander Kapper in the 60th minute, but Imo Imeh John sealed the victory late in the game.

Despite the win, which was their first since 20 May, Trans remains bottom of the table with 13 points from 20 matches. Ninth-placed Kuressaare have 17 points but have a game in hand.
