NATO Aims to Integrate Air Defense Systems for Faster Information Sharing
NATO is developing a new computer program to connect various member states' air defense systems, improving efficiency and reducing barriers to information exchange.

NATO allies are working on a new system designed to consolidate information from different air defense systems. This computer program will allow armed forces to respond more quickly and effectively to potential threats by reducing obstacles to information sharing among member states.
The new solution aims to enhance the overall effectiveness of air defense systems. Thanks to integrated data flow, military forces will gain additional time for decision-making and neutralizing attacks. This is particularly important in the current security environment, where threats can emerge rapidly and unexpectedly.
The project involves 14 NATO member states, including Latvia. This cooperation underscores the alliance's commitment to strengthening collective defense capabilities and fostering technological innovation in the military domain. The system is expected to be developed and implemented in the coming years.
