On Sunday night, rain is expected in some places, and cloud cover will increase during the day, spreading rain over a wider area. Winds will remain light to moderate, blowing from the southwest and south. Fog will form in places overnight and in the morning. Minimum temperatures will range from 5-10°C, with Kurzeme and western Vidzeme warmer at 11-16°C, while daytime temperatures will climb to 15-18°C.

On Monday, cloud cover will dominate the skies with rain expected in many areas, though sunshine will break through between clouds in some places. Winds will stay light, with fog forming again overnight and in the early morning. Nighttime temperatures will hold at 11-15°C, while daytime highs will not exceed 17-19°C.

Forecasters note that similar conditions are expected to continue into next week, with wetter days alternating with drier ones, while air temperatures will remain largely unchanged, staying within the same range seen at the start of the week.
