Rainy start, sunny end: weekend temperatures may reach +26°C
This week in Latvia will be cooler and wetter than usual for July, but Sunday could bring temperatures up to +26°C. The heaviest rainfall is expected on Monday and early Tuesday.

According to meteorologists, Latvia will experience a cooler-than-average week with frequent rain. Nighttime temperatures during the workweek will range from +8°C to +16°C, while daytime highs will stay between +16°C and +22°C. Winds will generally be light, but strong north wind gusts are expected along the Kurzeme coast at the beginning of the week.
Most precipitation is forecast for Monday and Tuesday night, particularly in Kurzeme and Northern Vidzeme, where the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre has issued an orange warning. During the second half of the week, only isolated brief showers are expected. Conditions should improve over the weekend, with Sunday potentially reaching +26°C.
