Rain and Thunderstorms Expected Across Latvia Midweek
A rain zone will move eastward overnight, with thunderstorms possible in the east on Wednesday. Temperatures will range from +15°C to +21°C.

During the night into Wednesday, a rainfall zone will cross all of Latvia, moving eastward. The heaviest rain is expected in the western part of the country, with possible thunder in the morning hours.
While wind will be light in most areas, in the western Kurzeme coast, northern gusts may reach up to 20 meters per second in the morning. Overnight temperatures will range between +9°C and +14°C.
In Riga, the night will be rainy with mostly light wind, and temperatures will drop to +13...+14°C.
On Wednesday, thunderstorms are expected in the eastern part of the country during the day. A light to moderate wind from the southwest and south will gradually shift to northwest and north, strengthening. Coastal gusts will reach 20 m/s.
Daytime temperatures will rise to +15...+21°C.
