Neste Latvia ends weekend five-cent fuel discount
Neste Latvia has discontinued its weekend fuel discount of five cents per liter, replacing it with a new pricing approach focused on consistent quality rather than promotional discounts.
Fuel retailer Neste Latvia has ended its long-running weekend promotion, which previously offered customers a five-cent-per-liter discount on fuel from Friday through Sunday. The company informed customers of the change in a notice.
In place of the weekend discount, the company is directing customers toward benefits available through its private cards and partner offers, which remain valid every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.
A new approach
According to Neste Latvia representatives who spoke to the LETA news agency, the company introduced a new concept on Friday called "Quality fuel, quality price." This means customers will continue to receive Neste's high-quality fuel, but without needing to track various changing discount campaigns. The company said the new model was developed based on customer feedback and a desire for a simpler fueling experience.
Company performance
It has previously been reported that Neste Latvia's revenue last year reached 447.787 million euros, a decrease of 4.5% compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the company's profit grew by 32.8%, reaching 7.705 million euros.
Neste Latvia was registered in 1993 and has a share capital of 15.03 million euros. The company is owned by Finland's Neste. According to State Revenue Service data, Neste Latvia was the largest fuel retailer in Latvia in 2025.
