Niks Endziņš accuses partner Sindija Bokāne of not caring for him enough

Latvian public figure Niks Endziņš and influencer Sindija Bokāne are experiencing visible tension in their relationship, as shown in a recent episode of the reality show “Slavenības. Bez filtra.” Niks openly criticizes his partner for allegedly not showing enough care in their daily life together, pointing to housework and cooking as examples of what he feels is missing.

He recalls that during a difficult period in his past, when he lived alone, he managed to keep a large house clean by himself, and says he expects Sindija to provide warm meals and attentive care, which he claims he hasn't received recently. Sindija responds that she has never considered herself a great cook, but insists she has recently been making more effort, citing a meal she prepared as an example.

Doubts about the wedding

Although the couple has already decided to marry, Niks admits to hesitations. Having been married once before, he stresses that this next marriage must be his last, making certainty essential. He recalls a moment when the relationship nearly ended, after which Sindija had promised to change.

For her part, Sindija maintains she has never taken advantage of Niks and never asked for gifts — any gift-giving was entirely his own choice. She describes him as her best friend, noting that living together and supporting each other professionally had felt like enough for her. The two also voiced differing views on whether friendship should form the foundation of a relationship.

Niks notes that since giving up alcohol, he has become far more aware of gaps in the relationship that he may previously have overlooked. He concludes that while Sindija is making some effort, he believes she needs to try harder.
