Five apps from Russian e-commerce giant Ozon disappear from Google Play

Five applications belonging to Russian e-commerce company Ozon have been removed from the Google Play store, with no official explanation given so far.

Five mobile applications operated by the Russian e-commerce company Ozon — Ozon, Ozon Fresh, Ozon Seller, Ozon Job, and Ozon Travel — are no longer available on Google Play, the app store for Android devices. The reason behind the removal has not been disclosed.

This follows the earlier removal of the Ozon Bank app from the same platform. Ozon Bank is currently subject to European Union sanctions.

According to independent Russian broadcaster TV Rain, the five apps remain accessible for download through other app stores, including Apple's App Store and Huawei's AppGallery, at least for now.
