The Latvian Journalists' Association has reviewed 180 entries submitted for its annual award and named nominees in nine categories for the "Excellence Award 2026".
The jury of the Latvian Journalists' Association (LŽA) has completed its evaluation process for the annual "Excellence Award 2026", reviewing a total of 180 works submitted for the competition.
Following the assessment, the jury identified nominees across nine separate categories that make up this year's award competition. Among the submitted entries, TVNET has been shortlisted in seven nominations.
The "Excellence Award" is one of the most recognized honors in Latvia's journalism industry, given annually to celebrate outstanding work by professionals across various fields within the media sector.
